Refund Policy

For tickets purchased to attend the Holiday Light Show™ there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. All sales are final. There are no exceptions to this policy. BOLD Media does not accept any request for refunds.

Each ticket holder is expected to arrive at the event at their designated time. Early or Late arrivals may result in denied entry. Early arrivals may be asked to wait until their designated time. A refund will not be issued if a ticket holder is late. If a ticket holder does not show up during their designated time they forfeit their ticket without the possibility of refund or credit.

Unless otherwise stated by the event producers, the Holiday Light Show™ will go on rain or shine. All ticket holders are expected to arrive at their designated time regardless of weather. In the case of extraordinary weather the event may be postponed by BOLD Media, please check the website for updates. The ticket holder does not have the right to make a judgement about inclement weather.

BOLD Media reserves the right to cancel any tickets or remove any ticket holder from the event for any reason without refund.

This policy is binding as of 1/17/2020. No agent or employee of BOLD Media may alter this policy.
