Refund Policy

For tickets purchased to attend the Holiday Light Show™ there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. All sales are final. There are no exceptions to this policy. BOLD Media does not accept any request for refunds.


If a ticket holder does not show up to redeem their ticket they forfeit their ticket without the possibility of refund or credit.


In the case of extraordinary weather the event may be postponed by BOLD Media, please check the website and social media pages (@holidaylightshow) for updates. The ticket holder does not have the right to make a judgement about inclement weather.


BOLD Media reserves the right to cancel any tickets or remove any ticket holder from the event for any reason without refund.


This policy is binding as of 6/24/2020. No agent or employee of BOLD Media may alter this policy.
